About Judy

Judy Good is the founder of Bluestem Services, where nature, design, and storytelling meet.
A self-described creative solutionist, she draws on decades of experience in conservation, landscape design, and environmental communication—helping organizations and communities reconnect people with the natural world through landscapes, interiors, and ideas.
Her work is guided by a simple belief:
When we design and communicate with nature in mind, everything works better.

Since 2006, she's consulted for eco-leaders like Forrest Keeling Nursery, 10,000 Rain Gardens, and New Jersey’s Rainscaping initiative, shaping content, websites, social campaigns, and keynoting conferences. She's served on committees for the Missouri Botanical Garden and the Missouri Landscape and Nursery Association.Today, through Bluestem Services in Springfield, Missouri, Judy creates sustainable native plant landscaping, biophilic interiors, and impactful green marketing.
With husband Michael, she tends their own native garden when not traveling the world.
